Music is an essential part of Thai worship. Every little mountain church has a choir. Although there are no pipe organs the instrumental accompaniment is frequently provided by guitar(s) and electronic keyboards. Our Thai partners demonstrated this in October so very clearly. With singing in our churches, our homes and our vehicles as
we traveled to and fro they brought along with them their sense of joy with their relationship with God and Jesus. This is evangelism, Thai style.

Our partners also shared with us recent events in Nan by means of an effective power point presentation. Evangelism in Northern Thailand was a feature of their presentations. They reported to us the serious ramifications of the late summer/early autumn flooding of the Nan river. Human loss may have been minimal but the damage to our partner churches and the homes of our partners was of great consequence.
